At TTI Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change. To provide flexibility while ensuring efficient room management, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the first night's accommodation will be charged.
- Non-refundable rates, promotional offers, and special packages may be subject to separate cancellation terms and cannot be modified or refunded.
- Any changes to reservation dates are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment and may require several business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
